My name is Eddi Phinney, I bought my home through Alice 9 months ago. I am a single mom, and work full time, the thought of buying a house was terrifying for me. Alice made the process of buying a home easy and exciting. Within my first conversation with Alice, I was immediately put to ease, and knew that I could do this, I could buy a house! Alice is wonderful, she picked me up at my work and took me around to the houses I wanted to see, and she did this for me during my lunch breaks. If papers needed to be signed, Alice brought them to me! Alice always dressed professionally, always had a bright smile on her face, and she always had the answers to my questions. I never felt rushed, or pushed to make any decisions. I couldn't have bought my home through a better person, and I will definitely use Alice in the future.
Alice did an excellent job keeping us focused on the process of selling our home especially during the difficult period of offer/counter offer. Working together as a team, we were successfully able to sell our former home and embark in earnest on our Kentucky adventure. Alice was very professional during the entire home selling process and kept us well informed and on task.
